clean room useful information pantry chopsticks
the room was clean. it had enough storage space for luggage. the timetable information was useful. chopsticks were available in the pantry for asian travelers.
The main entrance was not locked. This felt unsafe.

very clean room modern look uncomfortable pillow hot room
the room was very clean and had a modern look.
The pillow was uncomfortable. It was small. i sank into it. the room was much too hot, i had to sleep with the window open. the room temperature remained at 25 degrees despite adjusting the thermostat.

friendly staff stream view good coffee
the staff were friendly and helpful, i loved that! i appreciated the view of the stream from our room. the coffee machine in the lobby produced surprisingly good coffee and other beverages

easy check-in luggage storage convenient snacks limited ventilation timed shower low pressure
The self check-in process was smooth. my room included ample storage for luggage. This was beneficial. vending machines provided easy access to snacks and coffee. This suited my needs.
The room was quite warm and i found ventilation limited. the shower required reactivation every 20 seconds, this was unusual. water pressure was low the following morning. This was inconvenient.

easy check-in walkable distance blood stain small room
The check-in process was easy, and the location is within walking distance of the station.
The room felt cramped, I could barely open my suitcase. The room service didn't change the comforter, and there was a blood stain on it (maybe from shaving), which was gross.
